I appreciated the place, its outstanding food.

The rooms at this lovely family run hotel were comfortable and warm. The location walk from a gondola station was particularly good.

The location was great yet it was quite a walk from downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. All of the staff members were nice and welcoming.

We had an absolute blast exploring the area's activities. The ski shuttle made it super easy for us to hit the slopes and we had a wicked time skiing all day. The mountain biking trails nearby were epic too, we had so much fun tearing down those trails. And let's not forget the ski lifts, they were a game-changer! We didn't have to hike up the mountain, which saved us a ton of energy. it was an epic vacation for adventure-loving teens like us!

The only thing we would've wanted more of is some cool party spots for young people. We had such a blast during the day with all the activities, but when it came to nightlife, it was a bit lacking.

Decor old-fashioned (a re-furbishment would give 100% improvement). Coffee machine produces awful tasting tepid results.

Unhelpful receptionist who couldn't answer questions about the ski area or recommend restaurants. Blocked escape exit, a safety concern.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and tidy. The Valtourneche lifts are a short distance away - you can walk but leave ski gear in lockers at lifts.

I found the breakfast to be somewhat Spartan - there is a lack of good source of protein which I feel is necessary when skiing eg other hotels have hard boiled eggs.

We had an excellent dinner at Etoile De Neige's restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff, including the helpful receptionist, made our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect, with ski slopes nearby, and it only takes a short walk to reach them. The limited car parking was a bit of a concern, but we were fortunate to find a spot. Our triple room provided ample space and met our needs. While the hotel may not be luxurious, it is clean and well-maintained.

The hotel situates directly by a road so car noise was clear in the room. Also the room was very cold.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, close to the skibus stop and within walking distance to the skilift. The staff at Etoile De Neige were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I stayed at Hotel Etoile De Neige for a few nights during the Giro d'Italia race. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lift and the village. The facilities were new and clean, and the staff, especially Sandra, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The value for money was great, and I highly recommend the half board option as the food was delicious. The staff, including Lauradarna and Luigi, were exceptional. Our room had a balcony overlooking the road, and it was the perfect spot to watch the fireworks on Dec 29th. a warm and welcoming stay with a helpful and friendly staff.
